"शब्द-मर्यादाएं" - राजनीति व जनतंत्र के बदलते मापदंड

वैसे केजरीवाल जी ने जो अमर्यादित शब्द मोदी जी के लिए बोले थे उसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता. भले ही कोई राजनैतिक प्रतिद्वंदी हो हमें अपनी शालीनता को नहीं भूलना चाहिए.

वैसे अमर्यादित शब्दों के प्रयोग में मोदी जी भी किसी से कम नहीं। दिल्ली चुनाव प्रचार में उन्होंने केजरीवाल को "नक्सली" बता दिया था और जंगल भेजने की बात की थी. वाराणसी चुनाव प्रचार में उन्होंने केजरीवाल को "AK49" कहा और देशद्रोही से तुलना की थी.

ये बिलकुल सही बात है कि भारत के प्रधानमंत्री के लिए दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा ऐसे शब्द बोलना बिल्कुल अनुचित है, और साथ ही में दिल्ली के पूर्व (दिल्ली चुनाव के समय में) मुख्यमंत्री के लिए भी भारत के प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा अमर्यादित शब्दों का प्रयोग भी अनुचित है.

वैसे इन दोनों ही राजनेताओं का थोड़ा और अवलोकन करें तो ये पता चलेगा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री कई बार आवेश में आ जाते हैं, और कुछ बोल देते हैं, अपितु प्रधानमंत्री जी अपने सोचे समझे भाषण के लिए जाने जाते हैं. पूर्वोक्त उदाहरणों के अलावा बहुत से अवसरों में इन दोनों ने अमर्यादित शब्दों का प्रयोग किया है. जैसे केजरीवल जी ने स्वयम को ही आवेश में आकर "अराजक" कह दिया था, और मोदी जी ने बिहार चुनाव में भी भाषणों के समय शब्दों की मर्यादाएं तोड़ी थी.

वैसे जो बड़ा होता है उससे अधिक अपेक्षा होती है... कोई बड़े को अपशब्द कहे इससे बड़े की साख उतनी नहीं गिरती जितनी साख उसकी स्वयं मर्यादा भंग करने से गिरती है.

शब्दों की मर्यादाभंग करने में बहुत से राजनीतिक दलों के नेताओं के नाम रहे हैं. "मौत का सौदागर" से लेकर के "नाली के कीड़े" तक, बहुत से उदाहरण हैं. कुछ भी हो ये तो सिद्ध होता ही है राजनीति में शब्दों की मर्यादा का विमर्श अब समाप्त हो रहा है. कदाचित राजनीति में शब्दों की मर्यादा का विमर्श होना भी नहीं चाहिए। "मुंह में राम, बगल में छूरी" से क्या लाभ. "शब्दों में मर्यादा और गतिविधियों में भ्रष्टाचार", इससे क्या लाभ. जो हो सामने आए.

जनता को भी अब सीख जाना चाहिए कि किस प्रकार से शब्दों के पीछे छुपे उद्देश्य एवं अभिप्रेरणा को समझा जाए. उदाहरणार्थ ये देखें कि भाषण में सोच समझ कर अपशब्दों का बोला जाना कितना गलत है, और आपके मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में सीबीआई द्वारा करवाए गए अनुचित रेड (तथाकथित) के कारण क्षुब्ध होकर आवेशवश अपशब्दों का बोला जाना कितना गलत है.

ये बहुत अच्छी बात है कि प्रजातंत्र में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति स्वतंत्र है अपनी समझ के अनुरूप राजनेताओं को समझने और निर्णय लेने के लिए, किन्तु हम प्रजातंत्रियों को ये शीघ्राति शीघ्र सीखना होगा कि  किस प्रकार से इन परिवर्तनशील राजनीतिक मापदंडों में सही समझ और निर्णय बनाया जाए. 

ब्राह्मणवाद - जातिवाद । Brahmanism - Casteism

मैं सनातनी हूँ, मैं ब्राह्मण हूँ, मैं हिन्दू भी हूँ. ये ब्राह्मणवाद कौन सा नया पाप है? मैंने तो बचपन से लेकर के अभी तक कोई भी भेदभाव नहीं किया जाति के आधार पर. मैं स्वयं को ब्राह्मण इसलिए नहीं कहता हूँ क्यूँकि मैं जन्म के आधार पर एक ब्रह्मण परिवार में हूँ, अपितु मैं इसलिए स्वयं को ब्राह्मण कहता हूँ क्यूँकि मैं कर्म से एक शोधकर्ता एवं एक छात्र हूँ. और मेरे सभी साथी जो मेरे साथ शोध कर रहे हैं वो भी इसी प्रकार से ब्रह्मण ही हैं, भले ही वो किसी भी परिवार में जन्म लिए हो. ब्राह्मणों का एक महत्वपूर्ण कर्त्तव्य धर्म की रक्षा है. मुझे ये ज्ञात है की जन्म-परायण-जातिवाद ने मेरे धर्म को कलुषित किया है. अतः एक ब्राह्मण होने के नाते मैं जन्म-परायण-जातिवाद का घोर विरोधी हूँ, और कर्म-परायण-जातिवाद को ही महत्व देता हूँ. यह मेरा ब्रह्मणवाद है, और ऐसा ही वास्तविक ब्रह्मणवाद होता है और होना चाहिए।

मैं यह स्वीकार कर सकता हूँ कि ब्रह्मणवाद के पीछे से बहुत से लोग समाज में कुरीतियों को पोषित करते रहे हैं, किन्तु यह कदापि स्वीकार नही कर सकता हूँ कि ''ब्रह्मणवाद'' शब्द ही अपने में नकारात्मक है. अब बहुत से "बुद्धिजीवी" वर्ग के लोग "श्रमजीवियों" को नीचा देखते हैं. इसका अर्थ ये हो सकता है कि नीचा देखना बुरी बात है और वो जो नीचा देखते हैं वो भी बुरे हो सकते हैं. किन्तु इसका अर्थ ये तो बिलकुल नही है कि सभी बुद्धिजीवी बुरे हैं, अथवा बुद्धिजीवी होना (बुद्धिजीवीवाद) बुरी बात है.

जिस दिन वास्तविक ब्राह्मणवाद को बढ़ावा मिल जाएगा उस दिन से सामाजिक व्यवस्था सुधर जाएगी। जातिवाद के पृष्ठभूमि में होने वाले सभी दुर्व्यवहार समाप्त हो जाएंगे।

बहुत दु:खद बात है कि मेरे एक मित्र जो कि जन्मानुसार अनुसूचित जाति से हैं और लखनऊ के एक प्रतिष्ठित शैक्षणिक संस्थान में शिक्षक हैं, उनके साथ अभी भी भेद भाव होता है. कई सारे उनके सहशिक्षक जो कि ऊंची जाति से हैं वो उनके साथ खाने की मेज पर नहीं बैठते, उनसे खाने की कोई भी वस्तु स्वीकार नही करते (हाँ, अपनी तरफ से कुछ खाने की वास्तु अवश्य देते हैं कभी कभी), दूसरों को ये कहते हैं कि "वो छोटी जाति का है उसके साथ न बैठो".

ये नीच व्यवहार शिक्षक होते हुए बहुत से लोग कर रहे हैं, अत्यंत दुःखदायी है ये.

जो मनुष्य दूसरे मनुष्य का सम्मान नहीं कर सकता वो किसी भी प्रकार से ऊंचा नहीं है, अपितु स्वयं ही उच्च कोटि के घृणा का पात्र है. 

आप विधायकों की वेतन वृद्धि । AAP MLA 's pay hike

आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा सैलरी बढ़ाना गलत हो सकता है, पर अगर "आप" प्रवक्ता भाजपा के अंगुली उठाने की प्रतिक्रया में अपने विधायकों के आवश्यक व्ययों की सूची देकर ये पूछते हैं कि "भाजपा या कांग्रेस के पूर्व विधायक उस सूची के खर्चे कैसे उठाते थे?" तो इस बात का उत्तर भाजपा को देना चाहिए.

हम तो जनता हैं, हमें अगर लगे की वेतन बहुत अधिक है, तो चलता है. किन्तु भाजपाई और कांग्रेसी विधायकों और सांसदों को इस बात का उत्तर तो देना ही चाहिए, कि कैसे वो अपना खर्चा चलाते थे.

अगर केंद्रीय कैबिनेट मंत्रियों के मध्य में कोई बलात्कार के आरोपी को हम मात्र इस बात पर सह सकते हैं की मोदी जी से हमें आशा है, उन्हें समय देकर अवश्य देखना चाहिए, तब थोड़ा समय तो हमें इन आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायकों और नेतृत्व को भी देना चाहिए।

२ - ३ सालों में इन सभी आशाओं का वास्तविक चरित्र सामने आ जाएगा.

आशा यही है कि इनमें से जो भी नाकारा होगा वो धराशायी अवश्य होगा इस जनतंत्र में.

Pseudo-Secularism, Pseudo-Communalism & The Real Fear

...and this¹ cited no "intolerance"...... It has been continuing since 1988. No one has questioned it in the way in which the current central government is being questioned by many intellectuals.

Ambedkar said that the majority is responsible for constructing minority. How much relevant this thought still is, we should ponder over it. When people oppose the government which allegedly supports intolerance of one community, and the same people when they favour the other government which supported intolerance of another community, this can never be termed as being secular.

I have seen and talked to many non-violent common people from majority groups who used to say during the congress rule that may be after a few years we need to migrate to Nepal or Mauritius. There were large number of illogical and logical reasons they used to cite. Right now, again I am listening to the statements, similar to what Aamir Khan made and can see the similar sort of fear. We can go ahead and compare, contrast, debate, discuss, conclude and judge all these statements. But the core truth is that these types of religious sentiments are initiated by political classes with an intention to get them further percolated to the general public in their even more horrifying deformity.
Can someone define the term "Secularism" for me.

The IN-tolerant

The way in which many BJP leaders have been spoiling the reputation of current Union government by giving idiotic and hate speeches, in the same way many of our intellectuals (people who are speaking in the name of "protest against intolerance") are spoiling the state of reputation of our nation and the public journalistic discourse. At this stage we are discussing about "intolerance" and "tolerance" instead of discussing about what Modi government has achieved and not achieved, instead of keeping an eye on whether Modi government has fulfilled even a single election promise or not.

In a democracy people should be carefully watch-dogging the activities of its government. The performance of this attribute of democracy depends on what the citizens are up to, what themes are being discussed in the public discourse. The chat of "intolerance" has been made the theme for last three months. I am sure that there were number of intolerant events took place in the previous UPA government. But it has never became such a big theme in last 10 years.

All this is either very confusing or misleading. Actually, sometimes it appears that people are not discussing about "intolerance" but they are discussing about "intolerance attributed to the Modi government", or about "intolerance attributed to the majority of this country".

The reality is that there had been "worth protesting" intolerance across the globe in recent times. One the most important of them is ISIS with other terrorist organisations operating in different parts of the globe. India is actually one of the most tolerant of all. Just compare it with all other nations where there are more than one religion. Actually just give a try at listing the nations where there are more than one religion and they are as tolerant as India. Most of the nations who had more than one religion has either got most of its population converted to one religion, or they have got rid of "secular" tag from their system. Peoples Republic of China, Malaysia, gulf nations, european nations..... just tell us a good number of nations where there had been as "tolerant" majority as in India.

I am not giving any inferences in this article. I am just presenting stats, and it would be nice if the readers attempt to draw at least 2 conclusions related to the above focus question on their own.

Now, to summarise and compare the performances in both of these elections, refer below (take care of the fact about how many seats did each party contest in 2010 and 2015) :

Bihar polls 2015 - Future of BJP in Uttar Pradesh: Heading towards 2017 UP Polls

@Many of the popular inferences, such as:
‪#‎Election‬ over, Holy cow back in shed.
‪#‎BiharResults‬
No mention of ‪#‎LoveJihad‬ since UP by-poll results.
‪#‎Politics‬ of ‪#‎Polarisation‬ rejected!

My opinion:
Nothing rejected. Why can't people see simple social engineering. The biggest inference from Bihar Polls is that, "BJP would have swept the multi-party Bihar-electoral contest if JDU and RJD would have not came together.

Now applying the same trends for UP and analysing the state of UP:
1. UP also has multi-party politics.
2. UP has almost similar response towards caste and religion based politics.
3. In UP there are least chances that BSP and SP would come together against congress.
4. In UP BJP had performed (73/80) far far better than what it performed in Bihar (22/40) during 2014 general elections - implying that Modi wave was better in UP than in Bihar.

Now imagine, with a little improvement: propaganda, visible development work, polarisation, what can BJP achieve in UP.

Mind it! SP and BSP has almost zero chances of coming together (although I am not claiming this, anything can happen in politics).

जय लोकतंत्र

लोग अपने अपने पसंदीदा नेताओं के लिए थोड़ा आलोचनात्मक हो रहे हैं. मेरी एक मित्र प्रधानमंत्री जी की बहुत बड़ी प्रसंशक हैं. आज बिहार नतीजों के उपरान्त वो प्रधानमन्त्री जी को सुझाव दे रही थी। … "प्रधानमंत्री जी, अब अपनी सरकार के काम पे ध्यान दीजिये। महंगाई सर के ऊपर निकल गई उसका कुछ कीजिए। ये विहिप, आरएसएस के बन्दों का मुह बंद कीजिए। और वो करिये जिसके लिए चुना गया है।
आपका अपना, बिहार चुनाव परिणाम।"....

मैंने भी अब अरविन्द केजरीवाल की आलोचना आरम्भ कर दी है.… ".... अभी तक जनलोकायुक्त विधेयक नहीं लाया गया है...."

एक स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र की ये प्राथमिक पहचान होती है कि नागरिक पाल्हा बदलने के लिए अपने विचारों को स्वतंत्र रखें. अच्छा लग रहा है कि कई मित्र अब अपने राजनीतिक दायित्वों को ऐसी ही स्वतन्त्रता से निभा रहे हैं. आशा करता हूँ कि लोग अब ये सब कहना छोड़ दें, कि "मैं पक्का कांग्रेसी हूँ...." ".... हमारे यहां से तो भाजपा को ही वोट है...." ".... चाहे जो हो हम तो बहनजी को ही वोट देंगे....", इत्यादि।।।।

एक स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र के लिए, एक सफल राष्ट्र के लिए, हमें अपनी राजनीतिक परिपक्वता को बढ़ाना होगा… इस बात को अपना दायित्व समझना होगा.... चाहे हम चाहें या न चाहें, एक लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था में राजनीति से हम (एक नागरिक के रूप में) बच तो नहीं सकते. अगर बच रहे हैं अथवा बचना चाह रहे हैं तब तो ये वैसा ही हो गया जैसे हम अपना घर अच्छा बनवाना तो चाहते हैं पर ठेकेदार के चरित्र के बारे में बिना जाने और बिना उससे बात किये हमने उसे ठेका दे दिया हो.

याद रहे, लोकतंत्र में परोक्ष अथवा अपरोक्ष रूप से आपको राजनीति प्रभावित करेगी ही, ये आपके ऊपर है कि आप अंधेरे में दीपक लेकर के चलना चाहते हैं या फिर बिना कुछ देखे ही विनाश/विकास की अनिश्चितता का आनंद लेना चाहते हैं.

Tolerant - intolerant: Lets wait a little more before giving the weather report

Aren't we too impatient in attributing all the intolerant events to the incumbent central government. Did such intolerant events not occur in UPA regime, or in many other state government regimes?

Shouldn't we wait for some more time before starting blaming "MODI" government?

Disclaimer: Right now I am not a supporter of the BJP.

I have heard many newsroom debates over this issue. One trend that many intellectuals are showing is that they give reason about why are they blaming BJP government is as follows:

1. BJP is ideologically fuelled by RSS.
2. RSS has a terrible ideology.
3. Its in the veins of this RSS ideology that India should be intolerant and Hindu communal.
4. Hence RSS is responsible.
5. Hence BJP is responsible.

Above reasoning was given by a renowned scientist of our nation. I do not want to argue for or against the merit of the factual correctness of these arguments, but I would just like to point out the logical flaw(s):
1. There is an implicit assumption that RSS has unacceptable ideology.
2. Some of the personalities (not all) who returned their awards had been writing/ talking against RSS in past.

Now, if RSS is such an unacceptable organisation, then why didn't many of these personalities returned their awards during the UPA regime in demand of disbanding RSS? Why didn't during around 50 years of non-BJP/ non-Jansangh rule RSS was banned - why does the RSS still exists?

This attitude is diluting the cause more and more. There are several unacceptable speeches/ statements given by many BJP leaders. At this stage categorically protest against each of them - that is really needed. But taking all those statements, mixing them with assumptions and then generalising them against the Central government and also making a general weather report about the state of nation's intolerance are really very hasty. Feel free to make all such conclusion after waiting a little bit more.

I am not really confined to above statements, these are the reflections of a part of my current understanding. Anyone can comment/ discuss/ debate, and I am ready to learn. I have seen RSS closely in my childhood. I have been a big supporter of Congress after Manmohan Singh shown his determined character in support of the nuclear deal, I thought that was a real PM who didn't even care for his chair (went for facing no-confidence motion) for doing what he thought was right. I rejoiced the victory of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. I supported Modi when I heard about the Gujrat developments. I have been supporting Aam Aadmi Party since its inception. I am ready to start criticising AAP heavily if they do not pass Janlokayukt Bill soon. I had great hopes from Rahul Gandhi, Modi, Akhilesh Yadav, Arvind Kejriwal from time to time. I am a democratic person and I have all my rights to continuously assess and update my political likes and dislikes.

AAP - अभी भी आशावान हैं हम, देखते हैं....

पहले समाचार आता है कि सोमनाथ भारती के गिरफ्तार होने के पहले से ही नाराज है केजरीवाल से। सोमनाथ भारती के अनुसार अरविंद केजरीवाल उनका साथ नहीं दे रहे थे और उन पर विश्वास नहीं कर रहे थे जब उनके ऊपर उनके पत्नी ने घरेलू हिंसा का आरोप लगाया। ये तो एक सराहनीय कदम था की मुख्यमंत्री अपने ही विधायक का साथ नहीं दे रहा है अगर महिला उत्पीड़न की बात होती है तो।

उसके बाद यह समाचार आता है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल के विधायकों ने विधानसभा में विधायक के वेतन को चार गुना करने की सिफारिश पास कर दी है. वह अलग बात है कि अभी तक सिफारिश लागू नहीं हुई है। अगर लागू होती हों तो इस पर अवश्य बहस होनी चाहिए।

उसके बाद समाचार आता है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपने मंत्री असीम अहमद को मंत्रीपद से हटा दिया है क्योंकि असीम अहमद के विरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार का एक मामला सामने आया है। यह एक बहुत ही सराहनीय कदम है, जिससे कदाचित अन्य जो निर्लज्ज राजनीतिक दल हैं वो तो प्रेणना नहीं लेंगे, किन्तु आम आदमी पार्टी की साख में थोड़ा स्वस्थ्यलाभ अवश्य होगा।

कुछ विश्वस्त मित्रों से यह तो पता चला ही है की आम आदमी पार्टी के भीतर बहुत कुछ अच्छा नहीं हो रहा है। खैर जो भी अच्छा नहीं हो रहा है उसके लिए हम थोड़ी देर के लिए यह मान सकते हैं कि नया राजनैतिक दल है, अभी समय लगेगा पूरी तरीके से स्थिर होने में।

अभी कुछ दिनों पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल का ट्वीट आया था की दिल्ली जनलोकयुक्त विधेयक शीघ्र ही पास हो जाएगा। अभी तक तो नहीं हुआ, और कितनी प्रतीक्षा कराएंगे? अभी तक तो जो कुछ भी समाचार चैनलों में आ रहा था आम आदमी पार्टी के विरुद्ध उसके या तो आम आदमी पार्टी के पास सही उत्तर थे या तो वह समाचार ही झूठे थे अथवा भ्रमित करने वाले थे, अथवा ऐसे समाचार थे जिन पर विश्वास करने के लिए थोड़ी सी प्रतीक्षा और करनी चाहिए नागरिकों को। किंतु जनलोकपाल अथवा जनलोकायुक्त विधेयक तो प्राण है उस विश्वास का  जिसके आधार पर अनेको स्वयंसेवक और नागरिक आम आदमी पार्टी से नाराज़ होते हुए भी उस पर विश्वास कर रहे है अथवा उससे आशा लगाए हुए है।
यदि जनलोकायुक्त बिल शीघ्रातिशीघ्र नहीं आया तो वास्तव में मुझ जैसा नागरिक तो आम आदमी पार्टी में कभी भी विश्वास नहीं कर पाएगा।

माफियातंत्र और जनतंत्र | Mafia-rule and Democracy

सौरभ कुमार एक साधारण सा इमानदार अधिकारी मारा जाता है और किसी को कोई फर्क नहीँ पड़ता | हम कैसे देश की आशा मेँ जी रहे हैँ?

मैँ कल लखनऊ से मुंबई विस्तार एयरलाइंस में आ रहा था मेरे बगल मेँ बैठे हुए एक युवा उद्यमी से मेरी बातेँ हुई | वह स्क्रैप का कारोबार करते हैं, जिसमें उनको बड़ी - बड़ी कंपनियोँ से खराब सामानोँ को उठाना होता है, अाैर फिर वो उनमेँ से अलग - अलग धातुओं को अलग - अलग करके आगे बेच देते हैं। उंहोंने बताया कि वह बड़ी - बड़ी कंपनियोँ से ठेके ले चुके हैँ। जब मैने उनसे पूछा कि क्या उन्होनें कभी भारतीय-रेल से भी ठेका लिया है, तो उन्होंने साफ कह दिया, "बिल्कुल नहीँ! भारतीय रेल से ठेका लेना बहुत ही "रिस्क" का काम है।" फिर  उन्होंने कहा कि, "नहीँ - नहीँ बिजनेस के मामले मेँ कोई रिस्क नही, जान का रिस्क है।" आज ही मुझे अपनी फेसबुक न्यूज फीड में यह समाचार मिला जिसने उनकी इस बात की पुष्टि भी कर दी भी कर दी।

In the light of this fact, I would like to urge to some self proclaimed soldiers and leaders of my religion that please do not interfere my personal choices: Please do not command me to meditate or not to meditate; please to not coordinate my choice of being a non-vegetarian or a vegetarian, please do not tell me that I should marry in what age; please do not tell me that I should sleep by 9pm, 10pm or 4am; please do not tell me that the person who I want to be with should be a male or a female; please don't command me on whether I should prefer a beef, fish, or paneer in my meal; please do not advise me that if I am linked up with a girl then we should necessarily marry; please do not tell me about what should I wear, when and where; please do not tell me that I should retrain myself from washing my clothes on Thursday, from trimming my nails on Saturday and from using hair oil on Tuesday; please do not tell me if my social drinker friends should or shouldn't sit with me while drinking or not; please do not command my wish of not drinking or drinking liquor or Mango-shake; please don't tell me if I should live-in or live-alone or live-with; Please do not command if I should eat or drink before taking bath or not; Please do not push on me the outfits that you think is sober; please do not push on me your understanding of my religion.

Personal choices are really personal. My family and schools have given me enough thinking skills of making my personal choices personally.

केन्द्र सरकार, महिला सुरक्षा और विदेश नीति | Central Government, Woman Security and Foreign Policy

It has been claimed by our Honourable Prime Minister and other BJP leaders that most important achievement of the government is "Foreign Policy" - "Modi Ji improved Indian say in the world community."

In addition to these other claims by the BJP government are:

1. They are serious about women security.
2. They also claimed that they have very deep care for Nepal.

Now, latest news (this post was actually composed on September 18th, 2105):
Two women from Nepal were allegedly gang-raped and tortured in Gurgaon, in April by a diplomat from Saudi Arabia Consulate and some of his other friends. BJP govt. allowed the diplomat to fly back to Saudi Arabia. Govt. is saying the person had diplomatic immunity according to the Vienna Convention.

Lets assume that govt. could not do anything against the diplomat due to some international law. Then also, others who are not diplomats and were involved in the gang rape are still roaming free and un-probed. Why?

Could this not adversely our diplomatic relations with Nepal?

Moreover, if our govt. claims to now having high performance in foreign relations and diplomacy, then why were they unable to do anything about this?

गैंगरेप हुअा था यार, २ महिलाअों का, तथाकथित भक्त लोग ये बताऍे कि अाखिर क्याा सच्चाई है इन दावों की।

No one else but we all are responsible, किसको दोश देंगे यादि स्वयम् ही अपने पैरों पर कुल्हडी मार रहे हैं.

Dengue se bachne bhar ki bhi democratic achievement nahi kamaa paayi hai ham sabne 68 years after independence.

क्या इतने वर्षों में प्रश्न करना भी नहीं सीख पाया भारत? नेता जी लोग (बहुत सारे) तो ये कहते हैं की भारत एक महान जनतांत्रिक देश है. लेकिन फिर भी अभी तक किसान आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं.
इतना सफल जनतंत्र कि अभी तक राजनीतिक पार्टियों में दागी नेता हैं, और उनको कोई सजा भी नहीं मिलती.
इतना सफल जनतंत्र कि सड़क पे गड्ढे के कारण दुर्घटना होती है, मोटरसाइकिल चालक की पत्नी की मृत्यु हो जाती है, और बंगलुरु पुलिस किसी सरकारी लापरवाहियों या भ्र्ष्टाचार को दोषी न कह कर उल्टा मोटरसाइकिल चालक को ह्त्या के अपराध में दोषी बोलने लगती है!!!!

अभी भी समय है, ये आपके साथ भी हो सकता है. आँख खोलिये और ध्यान से प्रश्न करिये.

एक साड़ी खरीदने में तो सब इतना सोचते हैं, सेलेक्ट करते हैं, निगोशिएट करते हैं, सलाह लेते हैं, एक मोबाइल फ़ोन खरीदने में तो रिश्तेदारों, दोस्तों, और/या इंटरनेट को इतना पूछते हैं. किसी के बहकावे में ना आते हुए अपनी तरफ से संतोषजनक प्रयास करते हैं की हमारा निर्णय सही हो. लेकिन जब हम चुनाव में वोट देते हैं और अपना नेता/ प्रतिनिधि चुनते हैं तो ये सब कुछ क्यों नहीं करते? क्यों मीडिया द्वारा फैलाई गयी हवा, या धर्म या जाति, या झूठी जुमलेबाजियों के चक्कर में पड़कर लापरवाही से वोट देते हैं?

परचून की दुकान से, या फिर फ्लिपकार्ट के ऑनलाइन स्टोर से, हर जगह यही प्रयास करते हैं कि, कुछ छूट मिल जाये, हमारा धन बर्बाद ना हो. पर जब भ्रष्टाचारी हमारे और हमारे भाई, पिता आदि के द्वारा परिश्रम से कमाए गए धन लूट लेते हैं, वो धन जिसे हम इनकम या सेल (वैट) आदि टैक्सों माध्यमों से हमारी उन्नति के लिए सरकार को देते हैं, तब हमें उतना तो दुःख नहीं होता जितना हमें परचून की दूकान पर २ रुपये के घाटे से हो जाता है.

आज वो सड़क के गड्ढे के कारण अपने पत्नी को खो बैठा।।।। एक मिनट! उसने तो अपने सारे डायरेक्ट और इनडायरेक्ट टैक्सेज भरे थे इस जनतंत्र में.

तो?

तो कल आपके साथ भी अगर ऐसा कुछ हो जाए तो फिर सिर्फ अपने आप को ही कोसियेगा। और किसी को नहीं।

प्रश्न करना सीख लीजिये।

Changed my Facebook profile pic in support of digital India campaign. पता नही कि ये करने से क्या होगा। आशा करते हैं कि ये "स्व्छ भारत", और "योग दिवस" जैसी तथाकथित जुमलेबाज़ी ना बनकर शांत हो जाए…। डिजिटिलीकरण बहुत आवश्यक है एक स्वस्थ जनतंत्र के लिए इस युग में. मेरा भी मन करता है कि मैं अपने प्रधानमंत्री जी से खूब सारी आशाएं रख सकूं!!! किन्तु……

देश के लिए आशा और अपना कर्त्तव्य, दोनों ही करना मेरा धर्म है.... profile pic बदलना आशा के अंतर्गत आता है.
